Young keeper joins Skrill North club on loan
Youth keeper Callum Burton has joined Skrill North club Workington on loan.
It will be more good experience for Callum who has recently on loan at Market Drayton where he played a number of games for the side.
The move to Workington will give him the chance to gain more experience of playing in the non-league.
There was more good news for Callum on Friday when he was told that he's on standby for the England U18s upcoming game against Hungary in October.
Head of youth Wayne Evans sees it was another good opportunity for the promising young keeper:”It is a great opportunity for Cal to play at a high level of men's football and gives him an insight into football below the conference.
“He did well in his spell at Market Drayton and this will be another good challenge for him.”
