Bring a friend to Crewe and Peterborough game’s for £5
Saturday’s win over Stevenage saw the Greenhous Meadow once again buzzing with a superb atmosphere that helped the players on to another important victory. Manager Mike Jackson spoke afterwards about the connection returning between the players and the fans, and the club wants to help keep that connection building.
The offer to ‘Bring a Friend’ to the Stevenage game for £5 went down well with the supporters and the club have extended this offer for the next two important home games against Crewe Alexandra (Friday 18th) and (Saturday 26th) Peterborough United.
Once again we want to create an atmosphere of passion and excitement that will push the team to victory and we know the backing of a noisy home crowd is vital.
After Saturday’s win over Stevenage Mike Jackson praised the Greenhous Meadow crowd for support they gave the players in such an important game:”I only want to speak about the players and the fans as they both deserved today’s victory.
“The supporters today were brilliant, we have given them something to shout about and they have really responded.
“The victory is down to what the players have done and the support from the stands and the connection that they have shown, and we need that to continue to build into these final games.”
Anybody who is a Greenhous Meadow season ticket holder or buys a full price ticket for the games against Crewe Alexandra on Friday, April 18th and Peterborough United on Saturday, April 26th can bring an additional adult with them for just £5 or a child under-12 for only £1.
We hope this special offer will attract more home fans to these big games in our quest to stay in the Sky Bet League One.
