12 December 2014

Club also provides 20 replica home shirts

Shrewsbury Town Football Club has donated ten family tickets and 20 replica home shirts to the social services in Shrewsbury.

The tickets will be used for Town's Sky Bet League 2 game against Wycombe Wanderers at the Greenhous Meadow on 28 December.

A family ticket consists of two adults and two children.

The club has also donated 20 replica home shirts to the social services for use over the Christmas period.

Town's chief executive Matt Williams said: "We wanted to do something for the social services which would put a smile on people's faces, and with it being Christmas, we thought the donation of tickets would be a good gesture."
