Shrews supporter Matthew raising money for Severn Hospice charity

A Shrewsbury Town supporter is completing a series of extreme challenges over the coming months to raise money for the Severn Hospice charity – and you can help him by donating!

32-year-old Town fan Matthew Peleszok has already shed three stones in weight over the last five months but he now faces his toughest challenge to date.

On July 27, Matthew will complete the Outlaw Ironman Length Triathlon, a whopping 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bike ride followed up by a marathon.

He is doing all of this in memory of his mother Jane, father Edward and Garda Jack who have recently passed away.

Matthew has already completed a half-distance Ironman , a 1.2 mile swim, a 50 mile bike ride and a half marathon.

Not settling here, he will compete on 27 July before walking up Ben Nevis just 6 days later.

Matthew’s further challenges include the Great North Run (September 7), Great East Run (October 12), Paris Marathon (April 12, 2015) and the London Marathon (26 April, 2015).
