Forces decider at the Greenhous Meadow this evening
There's football action at the Greenhous Meadow tonight with Shrewsbury Town, who have developed close links with nearby RAF Shawbury in recent years, pleased to be hosting the Royal Air Force's representative team once more.
The RAF, the current holders, will take on the Army in a match which will determine the winners of this year's Inter Services football tournament at the Greenhous Meadow.
Tonight's match kicks off at 7pm, admission is free and everyone is welcome to come along and watch what is always a well contested match.
Refreshments will be available and the matchball will be delivered on the pitch shortly before kick off by a Griffin helicopter subject to weather and operational flying requirements.
A collection will be made on the night for the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund.
