Midfielder's volley against Bury got your voteJordan Clark's volley in the 5-0 victory over Bury has won Shrewsbury Town's Goal of the Month competition for October.
The midfielder completed the rout for Town with the fifth goal of the night at the Greenhous Meadow when he chested down Ryan Woods' ball into the box before volleying first-time into the opposite corner in the 72nd minute.
108 of you voted in the poll on ShrewsWall and Clark collected the majority of votes with 41 - 38 per cent of the total.
Clark received almost double the number of votes to the runner-up, which was Andy Mangan's equaliser against Chelsea in the Capital One Cup - receiving 21 of your votes.
"I'd like to thanks to all the people who have voted for me, I really appreciate it," said Clark.
"I hadn't been on the pitch very long to be fair, so I just tried to get involved in the play as much as I could.
"I just made a run into the box and tried to get into space and luckily Woodsy found me with a great pass.
"It came at me at a good height, I've caught it on my chest and it's popped nicely off my left foot on the volley and I was just happy to see it go in."
