Darwin Centre Club shop unable to sell tickets
When the Darwin Shopping Centre Clubshop opened at the start of October the club mentioned our hope that we would be able to sell match tickets in the shop.Unfortunately after much hard work behind the scenes it has become apparent that this will not be the case and sales cannot happen from the shop.
Ticket office manager Greg Douglas is disappointed but believes that we wouldn’t have been able to offer a high standard of service to our fans:”After working in co-operation with our IT Company and our ticketing agent to get the system in place, unfortunately the system is not capable to allow us to offer this service.
“We have looked into all possible avenues to allow supporters the chance to purchase tickets from the town centre shop, however it would not be practical nor would it offer the customer service that we aim to give.”
Fans are reminded that tickets for all home and away games can easily be bought in advance with online sales being one of the quickest and most convenient ways to do this.
