Town travelled to Walsall in the first round of the FA Cup looking to keep this season good cup form going.Mark Ellis gave Town the lead on 7 minutes and after that the visitors were the team creating the better chances.
The second half saw three more goals, Bradshaw levelled for Walsall, then Collins was on the spot to turn home a Mangan free-kick, it looked like Town might win the tie but a late Walsall shot was deflected off Walsall to make it 2-2 and take the game to a replay at the Greenhous Meadow.
