Central League: Tranmere 2-2 Town
Town’s development squad were held to a 2-2 draw in the Final Third Development League game against Tranmere Rovers.The game, which took place at the Vauxhall Motors stadium, saw youth team striker Kaiman Anderson fire the visitors into an early lead.
Tranmere were able to overturn the game and go 2-1 up, but a late equaliser from pro Aaron Wildig earned Town a draw.
The squad was mainly made up of the youth team squad with first teamers Callum Burton, James Caton and Wildig getting a run out.
