Cheltenham game will see club remember Mal Whitrick
Shrewsbury Town will remember the life of ex Director Malcolm Whitrick during Saturday's home game with Cheltenham Town.Mal sadly passed away recently and it has been agreed that the Town players will wear black armbands as a mark of respect.
The club is asking fans to join together on the 55th minute of the game with a applause to remember Mal who was 55 years of age.
Mal’s funeral takes place today (Friday 10th Oct) starting at 2.30pm at the United Reformed Church in Shrewsbury (opposite Wakeman School).
