Shrewsbury Carnival Committee thank Shrewsbury Town for support
Shrewsbury Town’s hospitality picked up an award at the recent Shrewsbury Carnival and Show presentation evening.The event held at the Greenhous Meadow last week sees the carnival committee make donations to local charities from the money raised at this year’s carnival.
The award was for the help and support that the hospitality team give the Shrewsbury Carnival over the year.
Speaking after receiving the award Shrewsbury Town’s Hospitality Manager Stuart Brown was pleased with the award:”It was a great honour to receive the award from the committee and it is a reflection of all the hard work that our hospitality team put in.
“The carnival is an important part of the Shrewsbury calendar and is always a great event.
“We are happy to help the committee and look forward to continuing this in the future.”
