A Look At How Our Players Are Doing Out On Loan

Amidst the flooding of Brunton Park along with Carlisle itself, Ellis has certainly helped Carlisle’s form, with only one defeat being inflicted in his eight appearances including two clean sheets and draws at high flying Oxford United and Portsmouth respectively.

And centre-back Mark Ellis has had an eventful and productive few months since joining Carlisle United.

The former Kidderminster Harriers left-back has so far made 17 appearances for Shaun Derry’s side in his six-month loan deal.

Full-back Mickey Demetriou has recently seen a managerial change at his on-loan club Cambridge United.

Just across the border, midfielder James Caton has made three appearances for National League side Wrexham.

Academy graduate Shaun has now made four appearances for Halesowen and has recently had his loan extended until January.

Goalkeeper Shaun has already been with the Yeltz since the end of November having made an impressive debut in the goalless draw with Rushall Olympic.

Having recently had a spell at AFC Telford United, Anderson now joins fellow team mate Shaun Rowley on loan at Halesowen Town and made his debut in Saturday’s 1-1 home draw with Frickley Athletic as he seeks to add games to aid his footballing development.

Shrewsbury Town now have five players out on loan at Football League and Non-League clubs with Kaiman Anderson the latest to temporarily leave the Greenhous Meadow in search of first-team football.
