Winger with Town until the end of the season
"It's very good for me, I've been trying to get it sorted since Saturday," said Grant."I got on the bus on Saturday and the manager, chairman and Matt Williams told me that there were other clubs interested.
"I'm just really happy to be back down here with the lads.
"There's a great team spirit here and it is a great dressing room.
"It goes right the way down from the chairman to the staff.
"The changing room and the together is why we've been doing so well. It comes from the manager and the chairman.
"We're all pulling in the same direction, we all want the same thing at the end of the season and I felt that I wanted to be a part of it.
"Playing football for myself is the main thing."
The winger will remain with Micky Mellon's side for the remainder of the 2014/15 Sky Bet League 2 campaign.
Shrewsbury Town can confirm the extension of Bobby Grant's loan from Championship side Blackpool until the end of the season.
