The trials, which will be open for the Under-12s, 13s, 14s and 15s age groups, will commence on 9 July at Shrewsbury Sports Village and will run for three weeks.
The Shadow Academy Squads will be holding trials for the forthcoming 2015/16 playing season this summer.
During the 2014/15 playing season, the shadow squads put forward 26 boys for Academy trials, with 14 boys being signed by Shrewsbury Town's Academy.
During 2014, Shrewsbury Town's Academy, as part of its EPPP plan for late developers, launched a shadow academy squad structure for boys then aged from Under-11s-14s.
The shadow squads also play against the Academy on a regular basis throughout the season.
All of the shadow squads are closely linked with the Academy, working to the same training syllabus and having a competitive games programme, playing in the Midlands Junior Premier League (MJPL) on Saturday mornings.

The aim of the shadow academy squads is to recruit and develop talented young players ready for a future academy trial should they achieve the required standard.
