Details:
We are recruiting staff to serve food, confectionery, hot /cold drinks, etc.
The shifts are approx. 4 - 8 hours ONLY EVERY HOME MATCH DAY (usually Saturday).
Staff will be expected to work at a fast pace as we only have a small time frame to serve the supporters.
Duties include handling cash, using tills, recording information, replenishing stock, ensuring your work area is clean and tidy.
You will also be expected to handle food. You will be expected to work as part of a team as there are 6 concourse bars and kiosk around the stadium.
Customer care is very important to us, so you will be expected to be polite and helpful to all individual customers. The stadium is very busy on a match day but there is a good atmosphere within the team and you get to know the supporters.
Rate of pay is dependent on age. There are opportunities for pay increments if you become a kiosk supervisor and we are currently recruiting for Kiosk supervisors and kiosk staff, however this can be discussed and reviewed when we feel your quality of work is at supervisor level.
Experience is a bonus but not essential as full training given onsite.
