Dom Smith is the in Wales U21s squad that will play Denmark on Friday 2nd September at Wrexham Racecourse Ground and then play Luxembourg at Bangor Tuesday 6th September

Micky Mellon is pleased for the players and for the recognition the club is getting.

“It’s good news for the players and great for the football club that we have two players away on international duty”, said Micky.

“It’s great credit to the two boys and we are really pleased for that.

“We will be without Ryan for the Cambridge and Oldham games but I’d pleased that he’s got himself back into that group.

“He’s done really well and for our point of view as coaches we see areas that he can improve on him and playing at international level will help that.

“With Dom he’s now playing real competitive mens football each week which will help him and continue his improvement.”
