Update on recent changes at the GM ticket office

There have been staff changes in the ticket office at the Greenhous Meadow over the past few weeks.

Ticket Office manager Greg Douglas has stepped down from his role and left the club.  Greg has been away from work with illness and has decided to return back to his native Blackpool.  We would like to wish Greg well for the future and thank him for all his hard work during his time at Shrewsbury Town.

Jordan Bebb has been appointed to Ticket Supervisor (acting) to oversee the running of the ticket office.  Jordan has been employed at the club for a more than 4 years and has received training in several key roles, including work in the ticket office.  Over that time she has received training to supervisor level of the ticketing system and will bring that experience to the role.

The club is aware that a number of fans have experienced some issues using the online Ticketmaster system.  We are in communication with Ticketmaster about these issues and will have an update soon.
