Current squad members and trialists were mixed together, allowing Shrewsbury Town Ladies manager, Sean Evans, to assess the new talent from the sidelines.
Even the intense training routines from Assistant manager Alex Owens couldn't wear them out and the session finished with two fast-paced matches.
The team were in great spirits and full of energy.
Last years squad members were joined by a group of enthusiastic hopefuls, looking to secure a place on the team as the first trials of the summer got underway.
