Can we be the 3000?

28 June 2016

Season ticket discount extended till end of June

As Shrewsbury Town plan for the 2016/17 season with the additions of Olly Lancashire, Gary Deegan, Louis Dodds, AJ Leitch-Smith, Ryan McGivern, Callum Burton, Junior Brown, Jayson Leutwiler, Callum Grogan and Jim O'Brien the deadline for the current season ticket discount has been extended.

With season ticket sales currently at the 2990 plus mark the aim is to now push sales past the 3000 mark.

And now supporters can take advantage of the extended early bird discounts until end of play on June 30.

A season ticket will guarantee your seat for all of next season’s games and for an adult category B ticket it works out at just over £14 per football league game.

A family ticket for one adult, one 12 year old, one nine year old and one six year old will cost just under £22 for the four per game for the Football League season.

Town's CEO Brian Caldwell is challenging more supporters to purchase their season tickets to push sales past the 3000 mark.

“Sales have been excellent so far, the challenge now is to pass the 3,000 mark and that would be a great achievement,” said Brian.

“Micky has been hard at work looking at recruitment of players for next season and the reaction from the fans to the new faces has been very encouraging.

“With the announcement of the new signings and with the half term coming to the end the new deadline gives fans that little extra time to get their season tickets.”
