Sullay Kaikai On Return To Shrewsbury Town

1 March 2016

Winger Had Offers From Championship Clubs

“It’s a bit frustrating,” said the midfielder.

“It is better to not take the risk and to be safe and play the rest of the games rather than taking a risk and something happening.

“I am ready to go and I’m excited for the next game.”

But Kaikai has admitted that he is a bit frustrated at the fact he cannot play in tonight’s game against Rochdale but he knows it would be a risk to play him.

“I want to score as many goals as I can,” said Kaikai.

“Also, I want to help the team in any way that I can and, collectively, just try and put in performances to help us get points.”

Also, the midfielder has said that he wants to help out the team in any way he can, particularly, in the goal department.
“It is good that the games are coming thick and fast because it gives us a stepping stone for us to build momentum,” he said.

“But, we all need to dig together and try and get some results.

“If we keep winning, we will get results.”

And Kaikai thinks that the games coming ‘thick and fast’, for the Club, will actually be a good thing for both the side, and all of the players.
“As a loanee, you want to play games and gain experience so I really enjoyed my first spell here and I hope the second one goes well as well,” he said.

“The aim is to be involved in all of those (games) and really just to put in good performances and score as many goals as I can.”

And Kaikai cannot wait to get back onto the pitch and play alongside some familiar faces, along with some new ones, after having offers from Championship clubs.

Sullay Kaikai is delighted to be back on loan at Shrewsbury Town and wants to help the Club gain some much needed points in Sky Bet League 1.
