Town will face Solihull Moors, Cardiff City and Birmingham City
Shrewsbury Town can confirm the first of the pre-season games they will play as they prepare for the start of the Sky Bet League 1 campaign.Town will welcome to the Greenhous Meadow Cardiff City on Saturday 16th and Birmingham City on Tuesday 19th and then make the short trip to Solihull Moors on Saturday 23rd July.
The game against Cardiff see the teams play 4 x 30 minute periods as both sides look to take an early look at their new look squads. Birmingham City will take a side to the Greenhous Meadow and one to Walsall’s Banks’s Stadium on the same evening.
Solihull Moors won the Vanarama National North this season and will be looking forward to the challenge of the step up to the Vanarama Conference. There are a number of Town connections currently at Solihull Moors with Gavin Cowan, Steve Leslie and Akwasi Asante all spending time with Town.

Dates for the Diary - Town are also planning to play an away game on 9th July and one at the Greenhous Meadow on 31st July.
