Keeper makes move to Blackburn Rovers
Jayson Leutwiler has completed a move to fellow Sky Bet League One side Blackburn Rovers on a two-year deal for an undisclosed fee.
Jayson joined Town from Middlesbrough in the summer of 2014 and went on to make 141 appearances in total for Town.
In the three seasons he was with Town he broke the record for the most clean sheets in a season, keeping 23 clean sheets.
In 2015 Jayson, who holds dual Swiss/Canadian citizenship, was picked by Canada for their training camp and is now a Canadian international keeper.
We will bring Paul Hurst’s thoughts on this tomorrow after the Thursday press conference.
We wish Jayson all the best for the future and thank him for his contribution during his time at Town.
