Girls and Ladies combined team of the month for November

November has been a mixed month for teams. The ladies have only featured once due to league scheduling and the weather affecting games. The under 16’s bowed out of the FA Cup at the hands of Wolves, Sadie Craig with the only goal that day. The under 14’s have been showing signs of good progress as they faced some tough opposition over the past month and the under 12’s have once again been competing against boys and getting pleasing performances and results from games.

Team of the month

N Ellision (U12)
Ellision makes her second appearance in the team of the month, yet again having another pleasing month between the sticks against some very difficult sides.

B Francis (Ladies)
Town stalwart who had a pleasing performance in the ladies only game of the month. Francis also scored her first goal for the club in October which was a personal highlight for her.

A Dermody (U14)
A string of consistent performances see Dermody make her first appearance in the team of the month, since she stepped up from the under 12’s to under 14’s in the summer.
 
B Lewis (U16)
The former Birmingham City defender who has been the leader in the team in a very successful month for the under 16’s age group.

A Braithwaite (U14)
A hard working defender who has earned her place for her on and off the ball work which has seen her come off the better against some strong teams.

A Jenkins (U12)
A versatile player who has made the central midfield her own in the last month. Her decision making on and off the ball has allowed her to make an impact within games to effect the team.

C Clarke-Smith (U16)
Her first full month at the club has seen Clarke-Smith develop and progress in both games and training. She has been apart of the success that the under 16’s have seen this past month.

E Micklewright (U16)
Micklewirght, who is a very attacking midfielder who has scored in two games out of three that she has featured in in the November period.

D Staley (U14)
As one of the older members of the group, Staley has been showing pleasing progress and is making ever more impact within games, showing her ability on the ball more than ever before.

T Prior (Ladies)
A pleasing performance in the ladies only game of the month. Prior has been a massive part of the teams success and her ability down the wing has given Town an outlet.

S Craig (U16)
The current leading scorer in the RTC teir 2/3 Midlands league having scored in all but one game in November for Town since making the move from Stoke City in the summer.
