A few changes to loyalty points for this season
We have been contacted by a number of supporters about changes to the number of loyalty points they have on their accounts.
With the West Ham game coming up the club asked Ticketmaster to do some housekeeping on the loyalty points and remove any that were still allocated from last season.
This was done but it also affected a few supporters’ accounts that had points allocated from the pre-season games. Ticketmaster has now fixed this and the loyalty points should be up to date.
One loyalty point is allocated for home ticket purchases while two loyalty points are allocate for away ticket puchases.
You can check your account here https://www.eticketing.co.uk/shrewsburytownfc/ and time of the day or night.
Only tickets purchased through the ticket office at the Montgomery Waters Meadow or online at https://www.eticketing.co.uk/shrewsburytownfc/. Unfortunately we cannot allocate loyalty points for tickets purchased at away stadiums.
In previous years season ticket holders have been allocated a number of loyalty points for their season ticket. As season ticket holders always get priority on tickets for games at the Montgomery Waters Meadow it has been decided that no loyalty points will be allocated to season tickets holders this season. Some season ticket holders are still showing an allocation of loyalty points, these will be removed shortly.
If you have checked your loyalty points and still think you have a problem contact the ticket office on firstname.lastname@example.org.
