Ticket sales up by 50% for the AFC Wimbledon game
Tickets sales are going well for this weekend’s game with AFC Wimbledon.Over 1,000 tickets have been sold so far, a 50% increase on final sales for the Bury game, with still four days to go until the game.
Paul Hurst’s side have been in fantastic form at home of late, with 3 home wins in a row and only one defeat in 9 matches since Paul took over in October.
The 25% discount has proved popular with fans and Chief Executive Brian Caldwell has been pleased with the uptake.
“We are really pleased with how many fans have bought tickets for Saturday’s game”, said Brian.
“Paul and Chris have done a great job since coming in and the team are playing some really exciting football which the fans want to see.
“We would love to see more new faces at the Greenhous Meadow and believe that the offer is a good opportunity for people to come down, cheer the lads on and help maintain our League One status.”
A large crowd is expected at the Greenhous Meadow on Saturday and we advise that you purchase your tickets in advance.
