Sir Rod Stewart is coming to the Greenhous Meadow as part of this UK Hits gigs.

Here are a few of the frequently asked questions we have received and answers to those questions.

Wednesday 7th June 2017 
  


What time do the doors open? 

4pm general admission, subject to sound checks being completed. 
4pm for Hospitality customers. 
  


What time is the first act appearing? 

The first act will appear at approximately 6.30pm (subject to change) 
  


What time will the concert finish? 

The concert will end approximately 11:00pm (subject to change) 
  


Can we bring food and drink into the ground? 

No food, drink or alcohol can be brought into the ground. 
  


No glass bottles or cans. 



We do operate a search policy and if these items are found unfortunately we will have to confiscate them. 
  


Can I Bring A Camera?
No cameras are permitted with a detachable lens. Only those cameras within mobile phones are permitted.

If anyone is found with such a camera they are liable to having it confiscated.

Are there catering units on site? 
Yes there are several catering units available both within the stadium concourses and immediately outside the stadium which will be open throughout the concert offering a range of food and bars. 
  


Are tickets available to purchase on the day/night?

Yes you will be able to purchase tickets on the day of the concert subject to availability. We advise to book in advance to avoid disappointment. 
  


Is the concert seated? 

Yes, the concert is a fully seated show. 

Can I Buy Tickets On The Day?
Yes tickets will be on sale on the day from 2pm from the ticket office at Greenhous Meadow.

Cheapest - £55 (if there are any left)
Highest - £95

Where can I collect my tickets from?
Tickets order through a ticket agency will be sent out via the post if requested, any questions on these please contact your ticket agency.

Tickets ordered for collection will be available from 2pm on Wednesday 7th June from the ticket office at the Greenhous Meadow.

What Are The Timings On The Day?
General Gates 16:00
Hospitality Gates 16:00
Show Start 18:30
Show End 23:00

Parking and Travel

Is car parking available?
Park and Stride and Park and Ride tickets are available from the Shrewsbury Town ticket office.

Does the Park and Ride cost include the shuttle buses?
Yes

What time will the buses be leaving the Park and Ride sites?
The Car Parks at Oxon and Halls will open at 4pm and four buses will run back and forth from each site throughout the evening. The final bus to the stadium will be 7:15pm.

Where will the Park and Ride buses drop off at the concert and pick up post concert?
Outside the stadium on Oteley Road - post concert all buses will be clearly marked and positioned to the left of stadium on Oteley Road 

Is Wheelchair/Disabled Parking available?
There is provision for Blue Badge parking at the stadium, contact the Shrewsbury Town ticket office for more details.

Are There Restrictions On the Roads Around the Stadium?
Oteley Road will be closed between Meole Brace roundabout and Weeping Cross Roundabout between 4pm and midnight on Wednesday 7th June.  There will be access to householders and businesses along Oteley Road.

Is there a drop off point for ambulant/disabled concert goers?
Drop off and pickup within the slip road down to Bannatines and Meole Brace golf course.

Is there a drop off point for Taxis?
Licensed taxis can drop off and pickup within the slip road down to Bannatines and Meole Brace golf course for pre booked taxis (pick up).
