South Shropshire tournament filling up fast
The Shrewsbury Town Summer Cup due to take place in August 2017 now has limited availability for teams to enter, due to a fantastic uptake from grassroots clubs in both Shropshire and Herefordshire.
Billed as a celebration of grassroots football, the tournament hosted by Shrewsbury Town in the Community will take place at the Ludlow Football Stadium in South Shropshire.
It will see a two day feast of football over the August bank holiday weekend, with teams competing across four age groups from Under 8’s to Under 11’s.
As well as two days of football, there will also be our Fun Zone full of inflatables and activities for both children and adults to take part in, exhibitor stands showcasing the latest team wear and football equipment and a grand prize draw!
Any teams still wishing to enter should contact steve.brotherwood@shrewsburytown.co.uk at the earliest opportunity to secure their place. It promises to be an event not to be missed!
