Charlton game postponed due to international call-ups

Shrewsbury Town can confirm that the game against Charlton Athletic on Saturday 11th November has been postponed.

With this being an international weekend, Charlton have had three international call-ups, including Northern Ireland’s Josh Magennis and England Youth Internationals Jay Dasilva and Ezri Konsa.

Town keeper Dean Henderson has again been called up for the England U21s squad, they take on Ukraine on Friday 10th.  Midfielder Ebou Adams has received his first call up for the Gambia and joined up with the squad at their training base in Morocco.

Charlton have therefore decided to postpone our Sky Bet League One fixture and details of the rearranged fixture will be announced in due course after discussions between both clubs and the EFL.

The Sky Bet League One game at home to Charlton Athletic has been rescheduled for Tuesday 23rd January 2018, with a 7.45pm kick off.

Tickets purchased for the original date will be valid for the new date of 23rd January 2018.  If you have purchased tickets but cannot make the new date please contact the ticket office to arrange a refund.
