FanCard sales pass the 500 mark
Since it’s the launch the FanCard has proved a big hit with Town fans with over 500 sold already.
As with all new products there can be a few teething problems. Saturday’s game at home to Wigan saw the largest crowd of the season so far and a lot of new FanCard holders.
We have been speaking to Ticketmaster about the problems that have been reported to see what can be done.
One of the problems seems to be with FanCard being sold online and then collected close to the kick-off of the game.
The FanCard needs to be printed ahead of the game but with the demand for the tickets for the Wigan game the Ticket Office were unable to print off the cards ahead of the game.
If you are purchasing a new FanCard please make sure you purchase it at least 24 hours before kick-off to ensure the Ticket Office has time to print it off and get it ready for the game.
The FanCard is linked to the supporters account and the registered email on there is the one that the confirmation email is sent to. To check your details go here-
