Campaign passes the 60% mark
Salop Leisure, sponsors of the stand in which Shrewsbury Town plan to introduce the first safe standing section in England & Wales, have contributed to the campaign.
Brian Caldwell, Shrewsbury Town CEO, said of the sponsorship ‘It’s fantastic to receive the endorsement from one of our major sponsors and demonstrates how important safe standing is to the Shrewsbury Town FC community.’
The safe standing crowdfunding campaign, run in partnership with crowdfunding specialists Tifosy, now stands at £46,090 which is over 60% of the target.
