Mat Sadler looks ahead to Spain trip
Shrewsbury Town’s warm weather Pre-Season trip to Spain has finally arrived for Mat Sadler and his team.
The Shrews have jetted of to Valencia to spend a week with the new management in preparation of their Pre-Season campaign.
Club Captain Mad Sadler is hoping the trip will be vital for the squad, similar to last seasons trip to Portugal.
“I think it will be good to get away from the building,” Sadler said.
“It will be great to all get away, forge those different relationships and different bonds and come back.
“It will very much so be Shrewsbury Town 18/19. The past has gone and it’s all about what happens now. I think the trip coming so soon in Pre-Season can only be beneficial.”
The squad will enjoy a weeks training regime with three sessions per day preparing for the Pre-Season schedule upon their return to Shropshire.
