Shrewsbury Town in the Community launch amputee football
Shrewsbury Town in the Community are set to launch a new football session as part of their ShrewsAbility programme, enabling amputees the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful game in Shrewsbury.
Starting on Monday 11th June from 5pm at Shrewsbury Sports Village, amputees are encouraged to join the staff from Shrewsbury Town in the Community to play football and enjoy the sport.
“To be able to launch a bespoke session designed for amputee’s which enables them to play football is brilliant, we have the chance to give those who have lost the opportunity to play football the chance to enjoy the sport, which is what our ShrewsAbility programme is about”
