Town to face Championship opposition on 21st July

Shrewsbury Town are pleased to announce their third pre-season friendly of the summer.

John Askey’s side will take on Brentford at the Montgomery Waters Meadow on Saturday 21st July (3pm kick-off).

Brentford finished ninth in the Championship last season, just six points outside the play-offs, and the game could see the return of Town Academy graduate Ryan Woods to the Meadow.

This game is added to the friendlies against AFC Telford United (25th July) and Port Vale (28th July).
