Junior joins Sky Blues on two year deal
Shrewsbury Town can confirm that defender Junior Brown has decided to join Coventry City on a two-year deal.
Junior was out of contract at the end of the 2017/18 season and, despite being offered a new deal, he has decided to join the Sky Blues.
Junior joined from Mansfield in June 2015 and has gone on to make over 100 appearances for Town, becoming a firm fans favourite during that time.
Last season he picked up a serious knee injury in October last year during the game at home to Fleetwood. He underwent surgery and then worked hard with the Town medical team to get back to fitness, his last appearance in a Town shirt was an unused sub in the game with Rotherham at Wembley.
The club would like to thank Junior for his hard work and dedication during his time at Shrewsbury Town.
