Frequently asked questions about the season tickets
Finance
You spread the cost of your season ticket over 10 easy monthly payments. To do this pick up a form from the ticket office at the Montgomery Waters Meadow or this year you can do it online.
To purchase your season ticket via Zebra finance go to https://www.eticketing.co.uk/shrewsburytownfc/ and login or register. Then go to the season ticket section.
Once you have selected your required seat or seats go to the payment section and select How You Would like to pay then pay for your season ticket with finance plan.
You can also buy your season ticket in person from the ticket office using the Zebra Finance option.
Season Ticket Cards
Supporters will continue to use their existing season ticket card for the 2018/19 season. Your account will be credited with the season and you will present this at the turnstile for the Sky Bet League games during the 2018/19 season.
If you have damaged or lost your season ticket card please contact the ticket office for a replacement. There will be a charge of £5 for a replacement.
Deadlines
This season there will be two clear deadlines for the Early Bird offers, Sunday 15th April for the Early Bird and for the second deadline Sunday 24th June.
Safe Standing
2018/19 will be the first season that safe standing has been an option in the Sky Bet League. The Safe Standing area is located in the Salop Leisure Stand from Row M to the back of the stand. Season Tickets are available for this area and are priced at the Cat B for the respective age groups.
The Safe Standing season ticket will be a different colour from the normal season ticket for easy identification purposes.
Season ticket holders whose existing seat is in the Safe Standing area will have first option to keep their seat in the area.
Postage
No new season tickets will be sent out via the post, your season ticket will be available to collect from the Montgomery Waters Meadow ticket office.
U12 Season Tickets
2018/19 will see Shrewsbury Town offer free season tickets for Sky Bet League games to supporters aged 11 years old and under. These can be purchased online if the supporter aged 11 and under is already registered on the system and their age is under 11 as of August 1st 2018. If they are not registered on the system please contact the ticket office and they will help set-up.
What are the age group for junior and young adult tickets?
0 to 11 years of age
12 to 18 years of age
19 to 23 years of age.
Age is determined at the point of purchase.
