Supporters Parliament and fans group call on Town fans to be loud and prou
Town travel to Wembley on Sunday 27th May for the final of the Sky Bet League One play-offs.
Supporters have been calling for designated singing blocks to get behind Paul Hurst’s side and the Supporters Parliament have spoken the club to see what can be done to achieve this.
Blocks 111 and 112 will be the designated blocks for all the singers to go in to create a wall off noise to help the crowd become the 12th man.
The Supporters Parliament along with Blue and Amber Fanzine, Salopcast and others are urging supporters who want to sing their hearts out to get tickets in 111 and 112.
Rogers Groves of the Supporters Parliament is looking forward to the blocks being packed out and vocal on the 27th.
“Let’s take the Meadow atmosphere to Wembley”, said Roger.
“The atmosphere inside the Montgomery Waters Meadow on Sunday was electric so it’s great to see the club and supporters working together on a singing section for Wembley.
“We’ve heard Paul Hurst and the players say how great the fans have been this season, so let’s take that Meadow atmosphere and turn Wembley into a Blue Amber Army fortress for the day.
“The Supporters Parliament fully support a singing block and will work continue to work closely with Brian and the club to make this a success.”
Tickets for the Wembley final go on sale at 8am on Wednesday 16th and if you want to be loud and proud then get your tickets in 111 and 112.
