The Shrewsbury Town Orange Tuesday launch.
Shrewsbury Town will play in their ever-popular orange away kit for the home fixture against Plymouth Argyle on Tuesday 27th November.
With the match being sponsored by front of away shirt sponsors Shropshire Homes, and after consulting our opponents Plymouth Argyle, it has been decided that Town will play in their change strip for this Sky Bet League One game.
Town’s Commercial Manager Andrew Tretton expressed the clubs thanks for the continued support of long time sponsor Shropshire Homes.
“As Shropshire Homes will be match sponsors on the night, we felt it was the ideal time to wear the orange away kit for this game”, said Andrew Tretton.
“The kit has been very popular since we introduced it, and I know Howard Thorne and everyone at Shropshire Homes will be very proud to see it in action in front of our home supporters at Montgomery Waters Meadow.
“I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Shropshire Homes for their significant and continued support of the football club, with thanks also to Plymouth Argyle for their co-operation on this matter”
To coincide with the game, the Club Shop will be offering a special price on the away shirt leading up to the fixture
All shirts currently retail at £39.99 for Adults, and £29.99 for juniors respectively, but as from Thursday November 1st, the shirts sponsored by Shropshire Homes will see a £10.00 discount across all sizes offering a fantastic saving for fans wishing to lend their support in the vibrant Orange shirt.
The offer starts on Thursday November 1st and will be in place for a limited time both in-store and online while stocks last.
With the Plymouth game being the last game in November the club will also run a special offer whereby season ticket holders can bring a friend along to the game for just £5.
Town CEO Brian Caldwell is aware that the Christmas period is an expensive time for supporters.
“During December we have a number of games in the league and with Christmas on the horizon it is an expensive time for supporters.
“Hopefully this offer will help season ticket holders bring a friend along to what is another important Sky Bet League One game.
“It is the last Tuesday night game for a while and games played under the floodlights are always special.”
The bring a friend offer is only available when calling in person or by calling the ticket office directly on 01743 273943.
The reason for this is that any Season Ticket holder who wants to bring a friend to the game will potentially have to move their normal ST seat to sit next to the friend. This cannot be done online and only in person or over the phone.
