A look at how our players have got on away from the club.
Bryn Morris started for Wycombe as they lost 3-2 at home to Southend. Morris had an impressive volley saved by Southend’s keeper in the early moments of the game. Morris had a good chance saved later on in the game when he drilled a low shot from outside of the box. Southend were leading 3-0 going in to the 80th minute but two goals from Wycombe made it a nervy ending.
Luke Hendrie started for Grimsby Town as they lost at 2-1 at home to Morecambe. Grimsby took the lead after 9 minutes thanks to a goal from Embleton. However Morecambe fought back with two goals in four minutes in the second half. Grimsby now sit 23rd in League Two.
Zak Jules started for Barnet as they lost 1-0 to Wrexham. Barnet are now 13th in the National League.
Elsewhere Christos Shelis Started for Halesowen as they beat Bedworth United 1-0 with an 88th minute winner from Charlton.
George Hughes made the starting 11 for Stalybridge Celtic as they beat Gainsborough Trinity 2-1 at home. Hughes was substituted in the 57th minute.
