A look at how our players are getting on away from the club
Bryn Morris appeared as an 82nd minute substitute for Wycombe as they beat Burton 2-1 at home. An historic afternoon for Akinfenwa as he scored his 200th career goal. All three goals in the game came in the first half. Wycombe are now 17th in the table.
Sam Jones was an un-used sub for Cheltenham as they lost 3-0 away to MK Dons. Cheltenham are now 21st in league 2.
Luke Hendrie started for Grimsby Town as they picked up their first home win of the season beating Port Vale 2-0. Hendrie looked solid in defence as well as being the catalyst for a couple of attacking moves for the Mariners.
John McAtee started for Telford united as they were bundled out of the FA Cup by Warrington. The Game finished 2-1. Bucks closest efforts in the first half came from McAtee; he twice put shots wide when finding space in the penalty area, though neither was a clear opportunity. Udoh scored for Telford in the 90th minute.
Cameron Gregory started both of Halesowen’s games last week. He kept a clean sheet in the Birmingham Senior Cup against Wolves Academy. Gregory then made a fantastic penalty save on Saturday against Rushall Olympic, He also kept another clean sheet as Halesowen won 2-0.
Christos Shelis also started for Halesowen in their game against Wolves Academy. Shelis scored a great goal as they went on to win 3-0.
George Hughes dropped to the bench for Stalybridge Celtic. He replaced Chris Sharp in the 60th minute. Stalybridge went down 1-0 but scored two goals in the second half to secure all three points.
