Loan Update

A look at how our players are getting on away from the club

Bryn Morris was on the bench for Saturday’s 3-2 victory over Scunthorpe game. However he started for Wycombe on Tuesday night as they beat Rochdale 3-0. Morris opened the scoring for the Chariboys. The midfielder lined up a free-kick some 35 yards from goal and fizzed his effort on target, but Moore appeared to misjudge the swerve and allowed the ball to fly through his hands and into the net. Wycombe currently sit 14th in League One.

Sam Jones was unused sub as Cheltenham drew 1-1 with Forest Green Rovers. It didn’t get any better for Jones in Cheltenham’s game against Oldham on Tuesday as they lost 2-0. Jones was sent off in the 45th minute. The forward had lunged in on Christoper Missilou, collecting the game's first caution in the process but as he got to his feet he was involved in a melee on the touchline in front of the dugouts and clashed with Baxter.

Luke Hendrie kept two clean sheets as he started both games for Grimsby Town. Drawing 0-0 with Exeter City and winning 1-0 at home to Colchester United. Grimsby are now 19th in League 2.

John McAtee started for Telford as they lost 2-1 away from home to Curzon Ashton. McAtee was also shown a red card after swinging an elbow at an opposition player.

Cameron Gregory and Christos Shelis both started for Halesowen Town as they drew 1-1 with Needham Market.

George Hughes started for Stalybridge Celtic as they narrowly lost 1-0 to Lancaster City. Lancaster scored in the 66th minute.
