Young midfielder joins Welsh Premier League side on a loan
George Hughes has joined Welsh Premier League side Newtown AFC on loan until the end of the season.
Hughes is into the second year of his pro contract after progressing through the youth ranks at Town.
He had his first loan moves last season with a month long stay at Colwyn Bay, which was followed by a spell with Clitheroe later in the season and a loan spell with Stalybridge Celtic at the start of this season.
He has featured for the Town first team last season coming on as a second half substitute in the CheckaTrade game with WBA.
He joins The Robins in time for their Welsh Premier League game away to TNS this evening.
