SP help to start focus group to feedback to management team
On Thursday night Shrewsbury Town Manager Sam Ricketts and Head of Performance Jon Pitts met with a small group of supporters.
Sam and Jon had expressed their desire to sit down with a focus group of supporters to have an open and frank discussion to get the thoughts of Town supporters, and to be able to share their vision for the future.
The club approached the Supporters Parliament for them to get together a small group of supporters who could represent the views that Town fans have online and from Supporters Groups who would be available for the initial meeting.
Sam and Jon shared their thoughts on the season so far, their plans for the rest of the season and for the future which lasted over three hours.
The supporters made clear their thoughts and also got the chance to put any questions to Sam and Jon.
It is hoped that this will become a regular meeting through the Supporters Parliament adding other supporters to the focus group to make sure the management team can listen to the thoughts of all supporters.
