Peterborough Game Is Remembrance Game

4 November 2019

Shrewsbury Town will be hosting the annual Remembrance Game on Tuesday night at home to Peterborough United.

Before the game, we will all honour the memory of all the British service members who have sadly lost their lives while serving our country.

2019 marks 100 years since the first two-minute silence was observed on Armistice Day, 11 November 1919, and we will all observe a two-minute silence ahead of kick-off.

Supporters are asked to make sure they take their seats before kick-off so we can all observe the two-minutes silence together.
