1pm Match day cut-off – Please ensure you can provide name and size of shirt ordered
As you will be aware the pre-ordered Retro Shirts are now with us in the Club Shop and all have now been dispatched and many collected…
Within this article, we will give a little bit more information for those still waiting for theirs to arrive and those who are yet to collect.
Firstly, if you have requested yours to be posted out to you these were dispatched all together last Friday, meaning that generally speaking, you should have received them by now; if this isn’t the case our advice at this stage is to make contact with your local post office to see if your order is awaiting your collection…
All orders we send out are sent recorded delivery, meaning that a signature from an addressee is required upon receipt, if however, Royal Mail have attempted a delivery when nobody was in, then it may have been redirected back to your local post office – The majority of the time you will have a card posted through your letterbox to inform you of this, but as this is down to Royal Mail we cannot account for this always being the case.
Secondly, if you have selected for your order to be collected, we must stipulate a few things that will make the process a little easier for both you as the customer and the staff in the shop…
- Please ensure you know the name in which the order was placed – We had a number of people in during the Peterborough game wishing to collect a shirt but gave us the incorrect name, which, as we are sure you can understand, proves a little bit of a challenge in finding the shirt they require
- As with the above –
- Please provide us with the size in which was ordered
Without knowing what size you ordered, we will be unable to find the shirt that you have been allocated
- If you are collecting on a Matchday, then please ensure you have been able to do so prior to 1pm on the day of the game; Understandably owing to the size of the shop, and the volume of customers we have in, ensuring customers are served is a priority during our busiest spells – We are also open after full time should you wish to collect afterwards.
