The draw for the Emirates FA Cup Fourth Round has taken place and Bristol City or Town have been given a home draw.
In the draw which took place on BBC1 this evening, Bristol City and Town's ball 13 was drawn first by Alex Scott, quickly followed by Liverpool’s ball 12 by David O’Leary.
Town will entertain Bristol City on Tuesday 14th January at the Montgomery Waters Meadow for the Emirates FA Cup Third round replay, kick-off 7:45 pm.
Town manager Sam Ricketts is focused on two important league games, and the replay before anyone can look past those games.
"To potentially have the chance to play Liverpool is a great incentive for both us, and Bristol City", said Sam.
"Hopefully we can get a result against them in the replay to set up what would be a very special game.
"We have important games against Doncaster and Lincoln in the league before the reply so all our focus must be on those games and then we will get ready for Bristol."
