Buying Tickets for Liverpool online and assigning tickets to other supporter numbers.
Checking Loyalty points and viewing your network
Log in to your online account - Click ‘Account’.
At the top, you’ll see the number of loyalty points assigned to your supporter number.
Click on ‘Account Management’ and then ‘Network’.
This will list all the people in your Network. Your ‘Network’ is a list of people you can easily assign tickets to.
Should you wish to add any, click ‘Add Members’.
You’ll just need Supporter Number and Surname to add them to your network.
Buying tickets and reassigning to others
When you’re happy all people required are in your network go back, click on the Liverpool game and select the required number of seats at the correct age categories in your selected block.
To get to the game, click ‘Menu’, ‘Match Tickets, ‘Single Tickets’ and click on the game.
Click ‘Choose my Seats’.
Click on selected block, blue seats are available for purchase.
Click on the seat and select relevant price class.
Once all chosen seats are red, click ‘Buy’.
This will take you to ‘Your Basket’.
It will list your chosen seats, under each seat you will see ‘Reassign’.
If you click ‘Reassign’, this will list your network.
Pick the person you want to assign the ticket to. (If you do not have the required person in your network, you can scroll to the bottom of the list and ‘Search outside of your network’. (You’ll need Supporter Number and Name to do this).
Once all done, if any of the picked network supporters do not have the relevant loyalty points, you’ll need to take the seat out of the basket before proceeding.
Once all done and all tickets are assigned to the right person, click ‘Proceed to checkout’ and follow the process.
Be sure to choose the preferred delivery method
(Postage, Collection, Print at Home or Add to Fancard)
