Town Loan Round-up

21 January 2020

A look at how our players are doing away from the Club.

Luke Ward and Zac Hartley both started for Haughmond on the weekend against Tividale Football Club. Luke Ward popped up with a goal for his team who went on to draw the game 2-2.

Sam Agius and his Market Drayton team faced off with Worksop Town last time out but the goalkeeper couldn’t prevent his side from losing out 3-1. Taking to social media after the game, Sam said: “Disappointing game away today however, happy on a personal note with my performance. Buzzing for my first home game next week against Sutton and hopefully we can get an all-important three points!

James Rowland has joined Aberystwyth Town on-loan for the remainder of the season. Lifumpa Mwandwe has also extended his loan until the end of the season with Newtown A.F.C and will spend the rest of the campaign in the Cymru Premier.

Dan Walker, Ryan Grosvenor, Lewis Redding all didn’t feature for Shawbury as their away fixture with A.F.C Bridgnorth was called off due to the weather.

Whitchurch Alport’s fixture with Longbridge Town Football Club ended with the home side losing out 1-2. Archie Elmore didn’t feature in the match-day 18.

Jamaine Turner didn’t feature for Wolves Casuals as they went on to win 6-0 against Wem Town but featured on the bench.
