Shrewsbury Town have been working with Ticketmaster since the pilot game and have identified an issue with the fact that the tickets we are issuing are free and we can’t have more than one free delivery option. Due to the current climate, we have to prioritise the digital ticketing/print at home option.
We don’t wish to be charging for the collection of tickets, so STFC are encouraging supporters where possible to use the digital ticketing/print at home option when obtaining tickets. Should any supporter not be able to use the digital option then you will need to telephone the ticket office where they will be able to sort a collection for you.
