Important information ahead of Wednesday's game.
A number of supporters have voiced to the club and through social media that they have had issues logging on and buying tickets for the Accrington Stanley game using their supporter number linked to their Season Ticket
We have looked into all the ones that were flagged to us and in 90% of the cases, the online account was a duplicate of the current Season Ticket account. Therefore when the supporter was logging in, the system was picking up the new account rather than the account which has the Season Ticket registered against it. Because of this the online system was showing as the supporter 'did not have the correct privileges for this event.
To check this online, log on to your account and at the top, it will show your name and a number in brackets. If this number is different to the number on your Season Ticket you will not be able to buy tickets for season ticket only events moving forward.
If you find your account online is different, to get this changed and make sure you can buy tickets online you need to contact the ticket office with both your Season Ticket number and the number of the account online.
