The way season ticket holders access home matches on iFollow is changing.
From November 1st, season ticket holders will no longer need to go through the current process of using promotional codes to access games on iFollow. Instead, game access will be uploaded automatically to your iFollow account.
Please note, this will only work if you are using the same email address for both your season ticket and iFollow accounts.
To check your e-mail address is correct. Log in to https://www.eticketing.co.uk/shrewsburytownfc and then go to ‘My Account’ and 'Update details’ to ensure everything is in order or update as required.
If you are not using the same email address for both your iFollow and season ticket accounts, please ensure you have updated this by 11pm on the 27th of October.
